01What is included in a recorded course?
Each recorded course includes focused video lessons, Skill Checks after every lesson, revision resources, worksheets, chapter tests and past-paper preparation. Availability of specific resources can vary by subject.
02What is the difference between Solo and All Access?
Solo provides one complete recorded subject. All Access includes every available recorded subject for the selected qualification and access period. All Access is normally better value when you need two or more subjects.
03What is the difference between Monthly and Exam Pass?
Monthly uses recurring billing and renews each month until cancelled. Exam Pass is a single payment that gives access through the selected exam session.
04How long does an Exam Pass last?
An Exam Pass lasts through the exam session you select at checkout. For example, choosing M/J 2027 gives access until the May/June 2027 exam window ends.
05Can I change subjects after enrolling?
With All Access, you can switch between any available subject at your level at any time. Solo access is limited to the subject you selected.
06Can I upgrade from Solo to All Access?
Yes. Contact support or use WhatsApp to discuss upgrading your plan. The team will help you with the transition.
07Is live teaching included in these prices?
No. Live teaching is a separate option that can be added to a recorded plan. The pricing page shows recorded-course prices. Live teaching pricing is shown separately.
08Can I add live teaching later?
Yes. You can add live teaching to an existing recorded plan at any time where it is available.
09Which exam boards are supported?
Most subjects cover CAIE (Cambridge). Selected A Level subjects also include Edexcel. Check the subject tile for board details.
