Alt Academy Referral Program – Terms & Conditions
Key Definitions
- Referrer: Individuals who have subscribed to Alt Academy more than once on a monthly plan, or have opted for a quarterly or annual subscription, are eligible to earn cash incentives by referring others to join.
- Referee/Referred User: Individuals who subscribe to Alt Academy through a referral’s referral code.
Eligibility
- Participation in the referral program is open to a select group of registered Alt Academy users who meet the eligibility criteria.
- Alt Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program or disqualify participants who violate terms and conditions specified in the “prohibited activities” section.
Prohibited Activities
- Referrals are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities to gain referrals, including creating fake accounts or spamming referral codes/links.
- Alt Academy reserves the right to disqualify any participants found violating these terms.
Referral Rewards
- Referrers will earn a cash incentive for every referee/referred user who subscribes to Alt Academy and maintains their subscription beyond the first month without opting for cancellation.
- Referees will receive a 10% discount on their subscription fees, which will reoccur for each billing cycle as long as the referred user remains subscribed.
Students Referral Cash Rewards:
- All Access Pass: 10% of subscription fee
- Monthly Subscription: 10% of subscription fee
- Solo Pass: 10% of subscription fee
Milestone Bonus: Referrers will receive an additional milestone bonus after referring 8 students:
- Pakistani Students: PKR 10,000
- International Students: ￡60.
Qualifying Referrals: To qualify as a valid referral, the referee/referred user must:
- Sign up for a subscription on Alt Academy using the referrer’s unique referral code.
- Maintain an active, paid subscription for at least one billing cycle.
Cash Reward Redemption
- Cash rewards earned by referrer’s will be credited to their specified bank account by the 15th day of each month, based on the previous month’s earnings.
- Referrers can redeem cash rewards via their linked bank account, subject to a minimum redemption threshold and any applicable fees.
Recurring Discounts
- Referred users will receive a 10% discount on their subscription fees for each billing cycle.
- This recurring discount will continue as long as the referred user maintains an active subscription on Alt Academy.
Termination and Changes
- Alt Academy reserves the right to terminate or modify the referral program at any time without prior notice.
- Any changes to the referral program will be communicated through Alt Academy’s official channels.
Data Privacy
By participating in the referral program, referrers and referred users consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with Alt Academy’s Privacy Policy.
Liability
- Alt Academy is not liable for any technical issues, errors, or disruptions that may affect the referral program.
- Alt Academy is not responsible for any disputes between referrers and referee’s /referred users regarding referral rewards.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
