Is there a free trial available?
We do not offer any free trial. But if you'd like to take Alt Academy for a spin, start off with our Starter Plans.
What is the difference between Plus and Basic subscriptions?
With the Plus subscription, you’ll get access to all materials for all courses: all videos, practice questions, worksheets/notes, flashcards. And that’s not all. In addition to peer support from a thriving global community of learners just like you, you’ll also have access to Alt’s Academic Support for each course. You can ask our academic experts any question at any time, and get an answer within less than 24 hours - and special access to any sessions by our Instructional Designers.

The Starter subscription is to help you get a flavor of all that Alt has to offer. When you use the basic subscription, you’ll get limited access to all courses. The first lesson video in each chapter, along with its end of lesson questions, is available, and all of our flashcards. You can also check out the revision guides, end-of-chapter worksheets/notes, and practice questions for the first three chapters in each course.
Where can I ask questions?
You can ask questions on the student forums and any one of the students can help you out. We also offer academic support for A Level Plus users, where subject experts will be there to assist you in your queries.
What does a course include?
The Alt Academy courses are created by our expert instructional designers. Each course has been designed in a way that it contains 15 min long lecture videos and practice materials which include topical worksheets, flashcards, a question bank, AMA sessions, and academic support to enhance the student learning experience.
How do I take a course?
Alt Academy courses are entirely on demand and can be accessed from different devices and platforms, including desktops, laptops, and a mobile app. After enrolling for a course, you can access it by clicking on the link that will be received in the confirmation email (provided at the time of sign up). After confirmation, you are ready to start your learning journey.
How do I pay for the course?
Payment is flexible – you may pay through any of the following means:
1. Debit / Credit Card
2. Paypro (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash)

Option 2 is only available for those residing in Pakistan. If you live overseas, feel free to get in touch with us for alternate payment methods if the Debit/Credit Card method does not work.
Does Alt Academy give private tuition?
No, Alt Academy does not give private tuitions. But you can subscribe to the platform and get academic support, live lectures, past paper solutions, and AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions conducted by our instructors.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with you. Reach out to us and we can find a solution that works for you.
If I don’t like the course, is it possible to get a refund?
We try to ensure that all users enrolled are satisfied, but if you’re not, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing your subscription. Refund requests received after 7 days cannot be processed. Keep in mind, this does not apply to renewals. If your package has renewed, you can cancel it but cannot receive a refund.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
Can other info be added to an invoice?
At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to add the information to the workspace's name.
How does billing work?
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace, and still have any number of free workspaces.
How do I change my account email?
You can change the email address associated with your account by going to untitled.com/account from a laptop or desktop.
